I purchased a breakfast strawberry pancake combo from Perkins on Hamilton Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Approximately 20 minutes after consumption the onset of diarrhea occurred.
I am just now getting better since yesterday evening when I ate the pancakes with Strawberries and strawberry syrup on top.
The waiter Robert told me they did not have any Strawberries toppings bug he would look throughout the store.
He returned to my table stating he found some.
He showed me it in a little small bowl and put it on my pancakes after.
After eating I left; about 20 minutes later the onset of diarrhea occurred.
I have been sick since yesterday evening.
I would like to have a full refund of my purchase.
Also a porkchop dinner two coconut cream pies to go.
Both slices are missing the crust at the top.
My total bill was $36.71 including over charge of a $5 tip.
I would like to have a full refund regarding this. matter.
I am a frequent guest at Perkins and have never had such experience.

I feel if perkins is going 2 add unreasonable charges to there busy and charge customers they must tell there customers a head of time!

False advertising

Have been trying for 2 weeks to sign up for Perkins club to get 20% off
Spoke to 2 people and the following happened on first call:
1- I had to repeat myself 4 times explaining in signing up to be a Perkins member & when asked for my email & password, 1st it would not take my password & then changed it to new one, same thing! Asked to speak to a Spvr., and was told someone would call back in 20-30 mins NEVER HAPPENED!
2- Second call 2 hrs.later, same thing happened except this worker asked for a case number when I said I have been trying for 2 weeks.
She also said that on their website one has to put in a User Name and Password
NOT Email and Password!!!
THAT IS PLAIN B-SHIT. There is nothing like this on the Perkins website
Bottom line, when I again asked to speak to a supervisor, I was again was told that Someone (*#!?) would call back in 24 to 48 hours
In both calls, I stated that we go to Perkins at least 3 to 5 times a week and that I guess that they DO NOT CARE if we ever come back!

Our family goes to Perkins in Leesburg, Florida at least once a week and holidays for years.
We always request our regular server, Gaby. She has worked there for 8 years and we were shocked to hear she has requested a transfer to another restaurant because of the managers treatment.
She recently became a server certified trainer and the manager made reference to the new employee that she could have trouble understanding her because of her accent. The new employee then refused to be trained by her.
Mind you that when we go, many patrons ask specifically to be seated at her station.
We never had issues with the server or food, only with the attitude and length of time paying for our meal. Many times there is no one there and patrons stay in line without acknowledging us.
If we go again and she has left as a result of this, we will never go back there as we would feel personally attacked.
These actions, if allowed by corporate, are discriminatory, not acceptable and could be construed as racist.
Preferred solution: Diversity training for management staff and an apology for the server.
User's recommendation: If good servers and other staff leave, go elsewhere where your patronage is appreciated.

Preferred solution: The lady who was cussing at us and the waitress needs to be fired for wat they did cause there behavior was uncalled for.

We called them twice, Spoke to them twice, promises us to call back, they never did.Still waiting.

Bad experience
Went for lunch with my handicapped and mobility impaired brother and was taken past many empty tables to be seated in the back of the restaurant I made a comment to the host and they said they had to spread out customer based on staff which I understood. Food was fine then I paid with my debit card and when getting in my car an employee came running out to my car saying I didnt pay that my card didnt go through I said I did pay and yes it went through she kept insisting that hadnt paid .
I went into the restaurant and showed them on my phone that had the transaction on my bank account and told them I wasnt paying again. I was then told again that the charge didnt go through and I didnt pay.
I have been to this restaurant many times and have never have had any issue. I have never been treated with such disrespect and will probably never go to a Perkins restaurant agsin.

Menu change
Menu change. We are not happy with the recent menu change.
Eliminating several very popular items in the Fort Myers location such as meatloaf, pasta, and potato pancakes to name a few. Whats popular in one area may not be in another, doing a survey might be to your advantage and help your bottom line. Because you may lose loyal customers because of these changes. We are loyal customers going to Perkins two and three times a week.
Please consider bringing these items back. I would hate to have to go to Bob Evans instead of Perkins.
